One day, Mama Goat, Berry, and Papa Goat, White, were going out. They told their seven little goats, “You must stay at home and don’t run around.”
After saying this, they went out.
They didn’t know that at this time, the Big Bad Wolf, Jimmy, and the tiger, Tyson, were lurking beside the house, trembling with excitement.
Jimmy said, “Big brother, they’ve gone out, and there are only seven tender little goats left in the house. It’s the perfect opportunity for us to eat them. This time, we don’t even need to break in; we just need to trick them into opening the door.”
Tyson nodded with a smile.
So, Jimmy mimicked Berry’s voice and said, “Little darlings, open the door, Mommy and Daddy are back.”
The seven little goats heard this and were about to open the door in excitement, but then they suddenly remembered their mother’s usual warnings and said, “Hmm, our mom said not to open the door easily, we need to check first.”
They looked through the crack at the bottom of the door and shouted, “You are not Mommy and Daddy! Mommy and Daddy’s feet are white, but yours are one black and one yellow. You look more like the Big Bad Wolf and the tiger!”
Jimmy quickly said, “That’s because we just stepped into a mud pit. I stepped into black mud, and your daddy stepped into yellow mud. We’ll go wash our feet right now.”
Jimmy looked around and saw a pile of white ash. He happily pulled Tyson over, and they covered their feet with the ash. Sure enough, their feet turned white.
Jimmy and Tyson laughed heartily inside, thinking: This time we can definitely trick these little fools into opening the door!
They ran back to the door and said, “Little darlings, we’ve washed our feet. Look again, aren’t Mommy and Daddy’s feet white now?”
The seven little goats looked through the crack at the bottom of the door again and exclaimed, “Ah, it really is Mommy and Daddy!”
The seven little goats were about to open the door when they heard a sudden tiger roar and wolf howl.
It turned out that outside the door, Jimmy and Tyson suddenly felt a sharp pain in their feet, as if being cut by a knife.
They couldn’t bother with their disguise, and clutching their feet, they shouted, “It hurts so much! What kind of ash did we put on our feet?”
The sparrows on the tree laughed and said, “That’s lime! You used so much of it; how can it not hurt? You better go see a doctor quickly…”
Before they could finish speaking, Jimmy and Tyson were already rushing to the hospital.
The seven little goats inside the house broke out in a cold sweat, thinking: How cunning the Big Bad Wolf and the tiger are! We must be more careful in the future!
