The Little Pig Loves to Keep Clean

Once upon a time, there was a cute little pig, chubby and white, loved by everyone. When people saw him, they all said, “How cute!”

But the little pig was very careless about hygiene.

In the morning, his mom asked him to brush his teeth, but he pouted and said, “I don’t want to brush, I don’t want to brush…”
When she asked him to wash his face, he said, “I don’t want to wash, I don’t want to wash…”
When his mom asked him to wash his hands before meals, he again said, “I don’t want to wash, I don’t want to wash…”
At night, when his mom told him to take a bath, the little pig pouted again and said, “I don’t want to take a bath, I don’t want to take a bath…”

His mom got a little angry and told him, “If you don’t wash your hands, face, or brush your teeth and take baths, you’ll turn into a stinky little pig, and no one will want to play with you.”
But the little pig didn’t care, and climbed into bed to sleep.

A few days later, the chubby, white little pig turned into a dirty little black pig. The other children didn’t want to play with him anymore, and the little pig felt a bit sad.

One morning, when the little pig woke up, he jumped up in fright. He found that mice, cockroaches, and caterpillars had crawled onto his bed and were sleeping with him.

Shaking with fear, the little pig said, “W-why are you sleeping on my bed?”
The mouse said, “No one wants to be your friend, so we came to be your friend. We love kids who don’t care about hygiene.”
The cockroach and caterpillar added, “Yes, yes, we love dirty little kids.”

The little pig was so scared that he ran to find his mom, “Mom, Mom, please help me take a bath! I want to wash my face, brush my teeth, and be clean! I want to play with the other children, not be friends with mice and cockroaches!”

From then on, the little pig washed his face and brushed his teeth every day, washed his hands before meals, and took regular baths. He became a chubby, white little pig again, loved by everyone. All the children wanted to play with him. Later, the little pig even won the Best Hygiene Award for children.
