There was a crow. One day, it felt tired and thirsty while flying.
It searched everywhere for water and suddenly found a bottle. It quickly flew towards it.
However, the bottle’s opening was too small, and the water was too low.
Even stretching its neck, the crow couldn’t reach the water inside the bottle.
Remembering its mother’s advice to use its brain when facing problems, the crow tilted its little head and thought.
It came up with a solution. The crow thought, “If I knock the bottle over, the water will come out, and I can drink it, right?”
With this idea in mind, the crow went ahead and tried to push the bottle.
It pushed and pushed, but the bottle wouldn’t budge because it was too heavy.
Since the first method didn’t work, the crow tilted its head again, thinking of a second solution.
It looked around and suddenly saw small stones on the ground, leading to another idea.
The crow thought, “If I just use the small stones to break the water bottle, the water will come out, and then I can drink it, right?”
So, the crow picked up a stone, flew high, and smashed it onto the bottle.
However, the stone fell into the bottle through the opening.
As the crow flew back down and saw that the bottle was not broken, it began to think of other ways.
At that moment, it noticed that the water inside the bottle was a bit higher than before.
The crow thought, “If a small stone falling into the water makes it rise a bit, then if many small stones fall, the water will rise a lot!”
Excited by this idea, the crow continuously picked up stones and dropped them into the bottle.
As a result, the water indeed rose higher and higher, and soon enough, the crow was able to drink the water.
